Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Sixale is partnered with all major couriers such as UPS and Canada Post. 

Pick-up
Pick-up orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready to pick-up, you will receive a notification in your email. Please bring a government issued photo ID and your pick-up notification email with you. Our Toronto warehouse is conveniently located near Hwy 404 and Steeles Ave. 

Pick-up hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6pm (closed on weekends and statutory holidays).
