Return and Refund Policy
At Sixale, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. If you have purchased a product directly from Sixale, registered customers have the option to return the product within 60 days from the original date of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sixale.ca. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept returns for items sent back to us without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please note that clearance items, refurbished items, and gift cards are non-returnable. However, our excellent warranty offer remains intact for refurbished products. In the event of a defect in a refurbished product purchased from us, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund transaction.
