Shipping Delays

We would like to inform you about some expected delays due to disruptions with Canada Post:

Shipping Delays: Please anticipate shipping delays of 10-15 days.
Order Cancellations: Once you receive tracking details, your order is fulfilled and cannot be canceled. If you decide to change your mind, please contact us after receiving the product and we will help you with a return.
Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return a product, expect a delay of 3-5 business days after the product reaches us, which will also affect the refund processing time.
